architect5 is an independent consulting practice based in Scharten, Upper Austria. It is deliberately a one-person operation: the person you speak with in the first conversation is the person doing the work.
What the practice is for
Organisations rarely need more software. What they usually need is someone who will sit with the actual process, work out where the time is going, and then design something specific — with enough technical depth to build it and enough judgement to say when not to.
That is the whole scope of architect5: AI workflow architecture, Google Workspace operations, and custom AI agent and workflow expertise made available to client teams as consulting.
How I work with clients
A small number of engagements at a time, direct communication, and written artefacts you keep. Remote-first, with on-site work in Upper Austria and the surrounding region where being in the room helps. Work is conducted in English or German.
